I was super happy to meet Rosemary Jimenez at SLS hotel in Berverly Hills at the occasion of an event for the REAL MADRID organised  by my friend Henri Myers from eM Productions.

Between worldwide soccer player Zinédane Zidane and a ton of Spanish food coooked by The Bazaar by José Andrés : a vibrant mix of sophisticated cuisine, Rosmemary and I managed to talk about business :) with her company : enCompass Entertainment LLC

A fully integrated production, talent management, special events, strategic planning and creative consultant company located in Los Angeles, CA. 
The company also produces, acquires, markets, manages, and promotes, quality entertainment and music programming to television, cable, radio, Internet and mobile platforms. 
As talent managers, Rosemary will guide, advise, promote and advocate for the client in every stage of talent development, branding, and promotions in all creative endeavors and projects. 

Before starting her company, Rosemary was executive producer of a morning show on 94.7 The Wave :

Responsible for high profile morning show(s) and talent: Saxophonist Dave Koz in the morning with Pat Prescott for 5 years. Then, for 2 years produced the Brian McKnight Morning Show with Pat Prescott. Positioned morning shows in top ten (English-speaking) listeners. Programmed and produced all features for voice-tracked and live morning shows on a daily basis. Organized, developed and scheduled special thematic weeks and booked in-studio guests. Responsible for remote moring show broadcasts local and international. Awarded Radio & Records 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 Smooth Jazz Personality/Show of the Year

We met again in Venice beach and had some amazing tacos ( I am addicted now...).

Rosemary and I discussed a possible collaboration where she would become my manager : I never had a manager before and the whole perspective sounds really amazing to me.
